Checking real sending capacity

The problem

Campaign-level limits did not show how much several campaigns were asking from the same mailbox.

My contribution

• Listed the sender assignments for each campaign.
• Checked shared mailbox limits and current configuration.
• Identified where changes were needed and where the setup could stay as it was.

Evidence & scope

I compared the inventory with the actual campaign assignments and mailbox settings.

What came out of it

A realistic view of sending capacity across the campaigns.

The capacity review accounted for shared inboxes instead of counting each assignment as a separate sender.
