Moving an archive without breaking it

The problem

Files were spread across dated folders. Moving them could break active scripts or lose the history of earlier work.

My contribution

• Created a permanent folder structure and an index of the old paths.
• Updated the active script and asset references.
• Preserved the original files and historical logs.

Evidence & scope

I compared hashes before and after the move and checked the updated scripts and links.

What came out of it

An organised archive with working references and the original files preserved.

The archive was organised and the active references worked, with the original history retained.
